The hotel rooms are very clean and spacious, perfect for small gatherings. However, there was a strong cigarette smoke smell in one room, but the issue was quickly resolved when we switched to room 0703. Unfortunately, there was no Wi-Fi available. The service was professional overall, but there was an option for extra services at a fee. The location is convenient, near a metro station and surrounded by eateries and supermarkets. On the downside, the bathroom and decor need updating. The dining experience was subpar, with cold and unsatisfactory food. Despite the negatives, the hotel is near a metro station, relatively quiet, and has a friendly Egyptian staff member at the reception.
